We are excited to add the amazing collection of private beach front locations to our portfolio. These locations have so much to offer and sit on the water’s edge with outstanding views across the blue ocean.
They make ideal photoshoot/tv locations with the privacy they offer. The locations can be booked together, or individually for smaller productions.
Transportation can be offered, getting equipment to the locations and there is plenty of storage space at the local farm.
We do recommend early bookings, the locations are extremely popular, especially in the summer holidays.

These seaside locations occupy a spectacular beach position overlooking St Ives Bay, the locations have no other neighbour's. The fantastic facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool (with the potential to open it), 2 private hot tubs and plenty of space for the whole group to get together in one place, Internal dining for 24 on a large table for 12 and additional tables of 6/10. External Covered dining overlooking the ocean for 24, all are very well equipped and comfortable with each house offering open-plan living spaces. Both the Beach Bungalow and The Ferry House have an adjoining conservatory.
